I just attended a lecture last week where the subjectt of nipples was postulated - PK Myers explained that the biological mechanisms for breast feeding which are vital to human reproduction are part of the basic genetic makeup of a human before sex is determined. This eliminate the possibility of it not developing in later stage so that you never have women that bear children and have no way to suckle them.
